We just bought our first home and we contacted Mike for our home inspection. He responded very quickly to my e-mail and was very accommodating to our busy schedule. Mike arrived early to our appointment and not only was he professional and very knowledgeable he was personable and took the time to explain what he was looking for a point out a lot of great tips for us a first time home owners.
He took the time to promptly e-mail a list of our concerns to our realtor as we were meeting with the seller right after. Within a couple hours of completing our inspection, Mike e-mailed the full report to us, with pictures and detailed information.
Mike was a pleasure to work with and we will be recommending him to friends and family who will be buying homes in the near future.
