We expected "American" style (prompt, efficient and high quality) service from this company and boy we were wrong. Measurement and estimation by the new sales manager was slow (I could add numbers in my head faster), and to add to that, the installation crew did not show up at the scheduled twice..yes, we were stood up twice. Extremely disasspointing. If you want third world service in North America. go with these guys, and make sure you pad up up the service time by 2-4 weeks so they can finally get around to executing on your order.
