The Roof Whisperer

After finding out we needed to vent our new bathroom exhaust fan and laundry appliances out the attic/roof to meet building code, we searched for a suitable roofer. At first we called roofing companies we saw in the area, but they either tried to talk us into a new roof (which was not needed) or they failed to return our call. Gene had Ilir visit the property shortly after requesting a quote and he was respectful dealing with me as a homeowner and real estate investor. Installation commenced within 2 weeks of accepting the quote, which was great given that our plumber and insulation tradespeople required the venting complete to commence their work. The crew was respectful of my yard, cleaning up after the job was complete. Most importantly, they had the ridge vent and laundry/bathroom exhaust vents installed in a day.
