We were very impressed with the service GoldStar has provided. Everyone we encountered from the company from Sales Manager/Project Manager, Installers and the office staff were prompt, polite and patient in explaining their products and answering all our questions and concerns. They were very knowledgeable and thorough about explaining their products, as well as making a few suggestions that can work well with our current window replacement needs. The price of their product was very competitive compared to other companies we consulted. GoldStar delivered on the agreed installation date and the installers who came by the house were efficient and thorough with the installation. They even covered their path to the installation area with a drop cloth to make sure that they minimize dirt. Once they were done they cleaned up after. A representative from the GoldStar also came by to check on the progress of the installation making sure that everything was done properly and explained the benefits of the products we chose. The only thing I was not so keen on was the fact that he was a little aggressive on giving them a good review on Home Stars even before the installation was fully completed.
The windows and doors they installed are amazing and have dramatically improved keeping the cold out of the house and retain heat in. The third level where they installed the patio door over the balcony is now much warmer; we can now use that space better even during the coldest days of the year. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to see how the Goldstar products performed and I have to stay I am very impressed (installation was done early December 2013). Over all it was a job well done and glad that I chose GoldStar.
