Every step from my initial phone inquiry, to the completed project was a great experience. I set up my appointment with ease at the first call. The appointment time was at my convenience. Alex, the owner and his assistant Dan, arrived for the initial look on time. Alex was well informed, quick to zero in on what needed to be done and polite. He said I would receive a call late in the afternoon or early the next day with a price quote. I was called that afternoon with the reasonable price. The next day I called to set up the work day. Once again, the date was at my convenience. The work was set up for the following week. When the day arrived they were here promptly to remove the cracked window carefully and without any mess. They return a two hours later with the new window. The installation was done in under an hour. What more could you ask for really?!
