Alex came for the supposed "one hour" talk. Three hours later, we agreed on the contract, but he really could talk. A day later, Alex came to take the measurements of the window frames. Then another week I got a phone call explaining when they would arrive. I had to prepare the area by moving all furniture and stuff away from the windows. Alex came on time, laid out plastic sheeting outside and over the furniture in the house. The job went pretty smoothly and Alex and his helper were in and out in 5.5 hours. They cleaned up afterwards.
What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Alex was great; very personable and professional--took all the time necessary to explain my options.
