Rob and his staff were professional and polite. The job was well done and I would have rated Robart a 9 or higher but there was a small part of the job where the cable came up over a block sticks out about ground for about a foot and then runs underground when they could/should have easily removed the block and ran it completely underground. When I asked Rob about it he replied that I could do it myself easily.
Rob and I have since met and worked this situation out. Clearly we had some original miscommunications which we resolved.

I'm sorry that you are disappointed in the installation Gerald. As described at the original site visit and the quote, it was never intended that we would be responsible for the removal and replacement of block walls. We use flexible weatherproof cable to go over block walls as we discussed. I appreciate your comment.
