Called order parts came to home and said defrost 24 hours. Was over a week without parts . Then comes to install took 25 mins and forgot to order a part for tray. He said for us to pick up so we tried a week later . They said call when there. So we did no answer and no one answered the door but heard people inside . Left and they called later and had to go back. No deal nothing would never use these guys again
