I had put a deposit down and loaned some wardrobe boxes from them. The movers had told me to provide them the cash deposit and call them when we done with the boxes and they'll come pick them up and return the depost. A month and a half of calling, speaking with everyone in the company, leaving several messages, I had no choice but to drive to Burlington and demand my deposit back. Even then, they expected me to bring the boxes back and only then they will give me a Cheque. After a verbal arguement, where he admitted that it was movers fault for promoting that arrangement, he made the movers drive to my house with the cheque and pick up the boxes. He did not care about the customer, his employeers or his reputation. Once you've signed with them, they won't give you 2 seconds of their time.
