This company would not deal with any follow up problems with their work, despite best efforts to communicate my concerns and give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. I received no co-operation on their end and instead, Damian would just argue with me and refused to accept that there was a problem and refused to even come out to look. The quality of the sod was mediocre, at best. Finally, when my grass failed to adhere after almost two months, I had to pay another company to come and fix the problem. I thought Springman Canada was efficient at first, but I realized too late, that they couldn't care less of the quality of their service. They only do the bare minimum. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company.

We always follow up with customers always contact us direct or email us direct we would gladly discuss any concern you were probably dealing with the wrong person all emails go to our head office and calls too sorry on my behave Damian didn't follow up we get pretty busy during the season hopefully we improve on our end to resolve situations like this quickly
Grass warranty we don't provide grass warranty it's up to the customer to take care of the grass you get the grass green when delivered freshly cut the same day if you leave and don't water the grass properly then you will get problems with the grass catching correctly to get that nice green grass you have to water twice a day.
All of our grass is freshly cut daily you get it delivered green and installed green and the rest it's up to the customer to hire a company to water and maintain
