After the flooding in Etobicoke in July we contacted Toronto Drain and Plumbing to install a backwater valve in our basement. We have been very impressed with the job that Slavic and his helper did in our home. Slavic is prompt, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the City rebate program. He installed the valve, arranged for the City inspector to inspect the valve, then, after inspection, filled in the hole ,showed us how to clean the valve and provided us with the proper document to submit to the City for the rebate and he and his helpers cleaned up after everything was completed..
