Alma Windows and Doors is by far one of the most exemplary companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with. We arrived at their showroom one Saturday afternoon on a whim and unannounced, but Dmitrij welcomed us with professionalism, warmth, and decent humour. ^_^ He was honest, courteous and had genuine suggestions on suitability and necessity. Our quote blew our minds! With such competitive pricing, one could speculate that quality might be sacrificed, but not with this company! The installation was sheer perfection! The installers were in a league of their own. They were punctual, kind, and a pleasure to be around. They were efficient, meticulous and tidy. I didn't want to see them go. I have no complaints about the service from beginning to end. We have the best entry door door on the block, and the neighbours and passerby's are pestering us with compliments endlessly.
