We had a brand new front door put into our home. There was a small issue with the hinge which was rectified by the owner, himself. We are satisfied with the door and professionalism of the owner in this situation.

When we first contacted Alex at alma doors, he was prompt in coming to our home to show us a new front door we could purchase for our home. The installation of the new front door went smoothly as well. However, after a few weeks, the door was not closing properly (which happens sometimes with temperature change)...when we called Alex to come and fix the door, it was a nightmare! We called him over 25 times, waited over three months and were stood up three times (when they said they were coming) before the door was fixed! We will never be using this company again in the future. We found them terribly unprofessional and Alex was a nightmare to deal with. He is nice at first but once they take your money, they are nowhere to be found if you have any issues.
