From the first email I sent to receive a quote on a carrier air conditioner to the final installation I received outstanding professional service.
The quote I received was detailed with the information I needed to make a decision on what system best fit our needs and budget.
When it came to the install date the installer was on time, respectful of our home, took away all packaging, garbage and explained the operation of the system.
The next day I received a email with operational tips and our unit was registered with the manufacturer so we could take advantage of the extended warranty without any hassle on our part.
