Nemo was very professional and knowledgeable and explained in great detail the type of equipment to be installed and always promptly replied to any further questions I had after the initial call. Patrick arranged for a convenient installation date and called back the day before installation confirming the crew arrival time. The installation crew led by Abbas, David and Armin were very prompt, professional and performed a very efficient, excellent and careful installation of all the equipment. They were always cordial, friendly and respectful ensuring no damage was incurred when removing old equipment and installing the new equipment.
