Best Flat Roof

We own a home in the heart of downtown toronto. After many attempts to find a contractor who would take on the project we found Oleg on homestars. He came promptly to give us a quote.
He gave us a fair price on completely stripping 4 layers of old flat roofing and replacing with a new one and was able to commence the job immediately. The home is situated in a very busy area of town. No access to backyard except through the home. A very narrow street with no driveway and only street parking which is usually all taken up. There are bike lanes on the other side of the street as well to contend with. Acknowledging all these factors Oleg was more than willing to take on the challenge. The crew arrived at 4am to deliver the material before any traffic had begun. They were able to secure some parking in front of the house and made a custom shoot to throw down the garbage so as not to damage anything in the surrounding area. They had to contend with my father(a retired roofer) who stood by them and watched over them the whole time. They were courteous, friendly and they cleaned up the mess and left everything unharmed. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks a million Oleg.
