Oleg and his team were exceptional, coming in on a Saturday to complete the roof repair for myself and neighbour. We received a total of 4 quotes with 3 relatively around the same price point. Three of the four also recommended the same repair solution. One backed out due to concerns with the neighbours older shingled roof. We ultimately decided to go with BestFlatRoofs based on what we concluded was the best repair solution AND some additional recommendations Oleg made to enhance the overall roof structure going forward as well as energy savings. And while they were trying to get us slotted into their work schedule, they placed a protective tarp over the roof to prevent further damage to our bathroom ceiling, which was a great thing especially with the rains that we got in the last ten days since we first discovered our roof problems.
After the work was done, they cleaned up every bit of the old roof. Not even a nail could be found. And they replaced all deck furnishings back to their original locations.
