The quotation went well. The salesman assured me that the price covered all material and labour. On the date of the install the installer decided that I needed to pay additional as they needed to install additional layer of subfloor. Once that was finalized the isntall went well.
The only downside is that they grossly overestimate the hardwood required. They made me pay for almost 5 additional boxes of hardwood. The installer then took these back but I never did get a credit for the excess hardwood.
The installation was satisfacory but it appeared that there was some degree of gouging.
