Removing broken whole house water filter system to fix leakage
Technician was late for the appointment. Finally he showed up late in the afternoon. He spent around 1 hour inside his van and charged me for that time as well. However, he did a good job fixing my leakage issue by removing my broken whole house water filter system. He was nice and courteous. He knows his job. I was also expecting Punctuality and transparency in tracking number of hours spent to do the job.
