I have moved many times in my life, including one move from Minnesota to Calgary with only one item broken and they reimbursed me the value of the item. Our final price with this company was 4x the quoted amount, they did not tell us this until the day before the delivery of our furniture, which note they would not schedule the delivery without payment first (first for any moving company I have dealt with). In addition they overcharged us for moving a piece of gym equipment. They were skilled enough to damage our basement staircase badly and they damaged/broke more items then we would like to note (even a piece of steel gym equipment) and having to wait 4+days to find out they broke a $900 piece of glass and tried only paying $250 back for it. We fought and finally received $500. We would never recommend this company.
