I do NOT recommend this company. We moved from Alberta to BC, and it was pretty much a disaster. We chose this company because of the reviews but our experience seems like a completely different company than the previous reviews. First of all, on moving day, they 'ran out of boxes' while packing my kitchen, and so packed almost the entire kitchen in garbage bags! Glass and all! Wrapped in moving blankets. Obviously that was all in a broken shambles when it arrived. We had a pre-booked delivery date, which they screwed up and so had to re-schedule for 3 days later and were very non apologetic about. Only 1 of our 5 vases actually survived the move (and they packed them)!! (3ft high vases). An ottoman broken, many big gashes on furniture, and parts of our bed didn't make it from storage. And the worst part? Very unapologetic when we called to try to get resolutions. Companies on both ends kept saying " well weren't you there?" as if you have time to inspect every object in every box and bag before they rush you down to sign those precious papers. My suggestion is to choose your movers carefully.

- Never wrap your clients valuables in garbage bags! Appalling! Our things were stirred up like they had been in a washing machine!!! Plus, why would you not wrap the containers with the lids of things? I have glass cookie jars that I watched being wrapped with the lids, and rolled up in garbag bags and moving blankets. Now I unwrapped only the lids. Where r the jars? I assume they have broken and been disposed of.. Who wraps glass in garbage bags??? Unbelievable.
