Jus recently we had our furnace break down.
We called Aire One, and they had a technician, his name was Olsen come to our house within one hour time frame. Upon initial inspection there was nothing found and the furnace started to work again.
Because we had a technician we decided to take advantage of the situation and asked to perform furnace cleaning. Good thing we did it, the technician was able to detect our breakdown problem that was a clogged drainage pipe. He took his time to toughly clean, vacuum and inspect.
We were really impressed with the service quality and professional approach.
