After 20 yrs. our fireplace stopped working. It required a new valve & pilot. Once the parts were available, it only took a couple of days to arrange an appointment to install the parts. It took the technician 1.5 hrs. to dismantle & rebuild the fireplace. He was not only very knowledgeable, courteous & friendly but also very tidy with the work area. After completing the installation, he did a thorough check to assure us that the fireplace was safe. No gas leaks. We now have a fireplace that works like new. This technician, Reza, is very highly recommended.
