We had our old gas fireplace replaced with a new one. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly. Between Shan, Lee-Anne and Raza the project was done on time and within budget as originally quoted. Raza and his crew arrived on time, made sure the floors were protected and cleaned up after the installation was complete. I really appreciated the excellent communication that was maintained with everyone that we worked with.

Fantastic service we received from Ray on our 24 year old gas fireplace. He was thorough, patient and clearly an expert in fireplace maintenance and repair. Our Napoleon unit had not been cleaned or serviced for some time and was overdue. Ray took the time to clean and repair it and walked us through his work. Thank you for being patient with us and our work schedule and for making your way downtown to see us, Ray. It was very much appreciated. Our unit looks as good as new.

I contacted AM GROUP Heating and cooling Ltd: the fireplace club, regarding an issue I had at a rental unit with the fireplace. I was pleased to speak with the technician Ray who arrived promptly. He checked the pressure and completed a thorough diagnosis of the unit. We were told by other dealers that we would have to change the fireplace. It would have cost thousands of dollars. We had another company come in three times to check the unit. However, the tenants contacted us again and announced that there was still a problem with the unit.

He checked everything thoroughly, and there was no issue and even gave a comprehensive report of the diagnosis, which I then forwarded to the tenants.
Ray was a ray of sunshine. He was honest and explained everything in detail. He explained thoroughly what he did. It included a carbon monoxide check to make sure there was no gas leakage

The final result was no issue with the unit, and in excellent order despite being 20 years old! I want to thank the company for their prompt service. I called them on a Monday, and a technician came out on Wednesday. Thank you, Sally and Le-Ann, for your quick and efficient service. It was a pleasure speaking with you.

I got quotes from 5 Heat Pump suppliers and AM Group had the best pricing. I worked with Fred (Sales Associate) and he provided a high level of customer service. He was very responsive, transparent, and easy to deal with. Also, HVAC technician assigned to the job was very skilled. Setup of the heads and outdoor unit was well planned and organized. I am very pleased with the results of the project.

When my AC stopped working I called AM heating and cooling who quickly got a technician to my place who assessed the issue and explained my options. I was given a great price and the work was completed quickly with no issue. My system has been running great ever since and I would recommend them to anyone.

I want to store to check out the electric fireplace, they have a very good display of napoleon models with various options. I brought it for my condo and got a good deal.

Al and his team were very knowledgeable and service was excellent! My chimney was tricky to work with but they were able to put in the liner and install the insert. Installation team was super nice and they cleaned up after themselves too. We love our new fireplace!
