I was having trouble with my Lennox furnace a few days ago maybe because i hadn’t got it serviced for the past few years so i decided to get the servicing of the furnace. I went online to find a professional service provider with a cheaper price range and i came across Furnace and A/C Direct. Spoke to one of their representatives who was very courteous and helpful. After setting up an appointment, they sent Arthur (technician) to do the servicing of the furnace.Arthur was friendly and seemed very professional. He didn’t just do the servicing of my furnace that i had paid for but also checked my humidifier as a courtesy. My experience with this company was great and i would highly recommend them to every home owner.
