Took my money but no goods or service provided.
They took my credit card information supposedly to save my place in line, they processed a charge of over $9,000.00 to my credit card the next day including a charge for one job that had not been defined nor confirmed.
That was over six months ago, and still with nothing to show for it. When asked for a refund, the office manager says it was a nonrefundable deposit!
Still fighting to get my money back, be very careful dealing with these people.
Also it is always wise to obtain a Clearance letter from WCB for any contractor coming into your home, it is easy to do online and protects the consumer in case of "on the job" worker injury and potential liability. The contractor should be able to provide you with their WCB account number and a clearance letter will provide you with the current status of
their account. Bath Time's account is currently delinquent.
