We had a water pressure problem, but after having the Pressure Reducing valve replaced by local plumbing outfit we still had the problem, they then sent a different plumber, but this time they did a quick check that proved the problem was not the valve, but was in the water line into the house, too bad they didn't do this simple test before charging me $600.00 for something I didn't need. DrainMaster saved the day, approx 90' of replacement piping installed in one day, no mess, no fuss, 25 year warranty. Super impressed with Jose & his sidekick (sorry, I couldn't remember his name) they worked efficiently, effectively and cheerfully. I would recommend them anytime. I dread to think what it would have cost to have it fixed without this amazing trenchless system.

They took my credit card information supposedly to save my place in line, they processed a charge of over $9,000.00 to my credit card the next day including a charge for one job that had not been defined nor confirmed. That was over six months ago, and still with nothing to show for it. When asked for a refund, the office manager says it was a nonrefundable deposit! Still fighting to get my money back, be very careful dealing with these people. Also it is always wise to obtain a Clearance letter from WCB for any contractor coming into your home, it is easy to do online and protects the consumer in case of "on the job" worker injury and potential liability. The contractor should be able to provide you with their WCB account number and a clearance letter will provide you with the current status of their account. Bath Time's account is currently delinquent.
