The installer that did our windows was very professional . Took off his shoes outside and gave an approximate time for the installation . Explained possible reasons for the seal to fail and also after asking if Id like to check the windows before he left . He also explained that if we were selling our house that the warranty can be transferred to the new owners . We appreciate the response and invoice payment through our e-mail contact .
