Had purchased a tuner product from this company. The owner informed me that the product will work with my xbox/windows media center. The product was defected and once I looked into it, the product doesn't work with WMC in my region - Canada. When I came to exchange the product the owner stated that their is crack for Windows Media Center that will solve my issue, but never mentioned this upon selling me the item. Even though the actual product was defected - The owner did not budge on their NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy. Even though she had lead me to believe that this would work seamlessly with my xbox/windows media center during the sale of the item. The owner of this business had failed to provide me with knowledgeable advice during my purchase and/or remotely decent post customer service. This is the first review I have ever done for any company or business, solely due to the fact that the owner, reflecting this business, does not value their customers and is only concerned about the immediate financial benefit of selling and not refunding funds. I had came to simply exchange the item and purchase an antenna and cables. They business would've profited more from that, then not refunding my purchase, which was made falsely based on the inaccurate recommendations of the owner. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone as it is honestly a risk to purchase an item and not be able to return it the same week, if it is defective and have to experience horrible customer service because of an owners ego and inability to admit wrong-doing.

- Do not purchase anything from this company until they change their exchange/refund policy unless your okay with purchasing an item that might be potentially defective and you will not be able to get a refund or exchange the product.
