Professional staff, arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Which was fine because she didn't want to be late. Was a bit concerned at first because she had tobacco breath, but she had mask and clean shoes, etc.
She was thorough with the cleaning and stayed for the entire duration of the booked time. Would recommend!
