Green Maple Home Renovations

The back deck on my house was 15 years old and many of the boards were rotting. I was afraid I would have to rebuild it from the ground up, but Ariel found that the support structure was mostly sound and could be salvaged. This was one of the reasons I chose Green Maple for the deck work: I completely trust Ariel to be sensitive to budgetary constraints and to offer a range of solutions at different price points. (I had already had to spend a significant amount taking care of a mold issue in the basement, on which Ariel and his crew did a fantastic job, so didn't want to invest a lot in the deck work.) Ariel was also very generous in providing me with documentation of the amounts I paid for basic home repairs, which I needed for tax purposes because I am renting the house out for part of the year and needed to have this work done in order to ensure it was in good condition for renting. The quality of the work was good, and Ariel is a dream to work with: kind, flexible, responsive, reliable. I highly recommend Green Maple, which is now my go-to company for all my home maintenance needs.
