Damian is the best. I was looking for a contractor that I could work closely with, to do this major renovation on my first house - we gutted the main floor, new flooring, created an open concept main floor, gutted the bathroom and gutted the kitchen. I interviewed a number of contractors, but liked Damien's honesty, reliability and personality from the get-go. He was great in dealing with major issues, and keeping me updated. He felt more like a big brother than a contractor. I plan on doing more renos in more houses and Damian will be my first call. The reno took place over the course of 3 months (with xmas holidays factored in) and the results are great. You'll even see my bathroom on his website! The tile work was awesome. He is always available to speak with and is super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Damian. Looking forward to our next project together!

Damian and Roy did a great job with our home renovation a year ago and we were happy to bring them back to add a side porch and entry way to our addition. Really happy with the quality, craftsmanship and completion time and they added a nifty door underneath to utilize storage and keep our green bin away from prying racoons.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of the bathroom reno. Damian and Roy have a great eye for quality and craftsmanship and are very diligent in performing the work. An aspect of the reno process that is often overlooked is the stress of a big and intrustive type of renovation. Damian and his team were great keeping me informed all along during the process and helping me navigate through the stressful process during expected and unexpected events. After reading reviews on Lindsay Contracting among others, i decided to go with Lindsay Contracting. Damian and his team came on time as promised and immediately assessed and discussed with my wife and i what needed to be done. we agreed on a quote and instantly started the job. We wanted our old light fixtures gone and the installation of pot lights from the foyer to the living room. Damian covered my floor with protective covering and the work began. Lindsay Contracting was very professional from start to finish, from the drilling of my ceiling, running of the wires and most importably cleaning up as they go. When the job was done, we were extremely happy with the result. They lights were nicely laid out and well balanced. The pot lights brought style and class to our home. Job well done.

I hired Lindsay Contracting for a number of things. So far, two have been completed. The rest will be done later in the season. The back fence repair is sturdy and excellent. It was done in a day. The leaky roof was repaired. Damian called after a terrific storm to ensure no leakage had occurred. He assured me it would be taken care of if there were leaks. I find him very easy to reach and he responds quickly by phone, email or text. Very good to work with. I am very happy to recommend this company.

A great experience from start to finish. Damian took my basement from drywall to showcase! Lindsay contracting was an excellent choice for our renovation. We had a small budget and a big job and wanted to coordinate with our contractor to do some of the work ourselves. This was easily done with Damian's team. Damian was professional, punctual, and completed the job on time (especially important to us since we were expecting a baby). The work was completed above expectations and we look at the final product with pleasure now that it is complete. Hands down the best contractor I have ever hired. Damian came in to do some core work on a home we purchased. He was one of a few different contractors we hired and by far the best. His quality of work was fantastic but above that he was great to work with. He and his team took my requirements and worked with me to develop an executable plan. On the project onset he set clear expectations, documented what we wanted and delivered all he committed to. He kept the project on schedule and we had regular update meetings and walk through’s to ensure he was meeting our expectations. His team was very professional, showed up when they said they would and didn’t do something if there were not sure or needed to check with me. He has also stayed in contact since he finished, always making sure we had everything we needed and helped with any questions I had. My home has now been re appraised after all has been complete and we have realized a 100K + increase in value. I can’t say enough how happy I am with his work, and when I need to hire another contractor can guarantee he will be the guy I call. Damian, thank you.

First, let me tell you we are first time home buyer (1.5 year) and we were total newbies with renovations. This is our first project: opening our kitchen and insulate properly our basement.

We are totally satisfied with Lindsay Contracting's work. Damian is extremely professional, presented to us a formal quote, took pictures and notes when we met for the first time.

When we started the project and for all the duration, he and his team were always on time (if not early!), very professional, patient (yes we had indeed lots of questions) and knowledgeable. Damian and his foreman David took the time to explain and to propose the best option with no last minute extra-cost surprise, full disclosure and honesty. Our place was left clean every night and Damian gave us a call nearly every night to follow up on details and to make sure we were happy with job delivered on the same day.

Damian and his crew recently completed a 3 month renovation on the main floor of our home, including complete gut job on the kitchen.

From start to finish he was courteous, prompt and took great pains to ensure my family was as comfortable as we could be while living through the reno. He and Roy did most of the work themselves and were always accesible to answer questions.

Every piece of the renovation – from the refinished existing hardwood which is indistinguishable from the brand new installed floors, to the custom made built-in desk, all-new mouldings, crowns and baseboards, glorious new back deck and brand new top to bottom kitchen – Damian's team was always on time and on budget.

When there were problems, Damian took extra time and care to resolve them quickly and make sure things were done right - to my satisfaction as well as his. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Damian to anyone.
