Potential bed bug scare - reassurance
I would like to add my voice to the many people who were impressed with Mohammed and his wonderful service. Someone in our house recently brought items in from a rental unit that has bed bugs. When I found a bug under my covers I went into panic mode. I called Mohammed in the morning and he was at our house that afternoon. After thoroughly searching the beds and looking at the bug that was found in my bed we were relieved to hear it was a false alarm. The bug was not a bed bug, it likely came from drying our sheets on the outdoor clothesline.
It was reassuring to have Mohammed explain how he could detect bed bugs and that we did not have them. He spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and gave advice to the person whose rental unit has the bed bugs.
He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He put on a disposable "suit" to protect us from contracting bed bugs from any of his other clients. He did this in the house so neighbours did not see this and wonder what was "wrong" with our house.
I would highly recommend this company.

We not only take care of our customers' bed bug problems, but also make extra effort to arrive in a discrete manner by coming in unmarked vehicles and wearing equipment inside of the house to take care of our customers privacy.Regards
