I initially contacted Pest Control Services because of the reviews on HomeStars. I have to agree that the reports of professionalism and thoroughness are correct. First Muhammad found concrete evidence of bedbugs, then he continued his inspection to see how extensive the infestation was. When he returned to remove the pest, I was amazed at the amount of work he did to make sure that no bedbugs remained. I was also impressed by Muhammad's post-cleaning follow-up. He did a couple inspections within a few weeks of the treatment and contacted us several times to make sure everything was still okay. He was very patient when we contacted him with questions and concerns.

Muhammad takes an integrated approach to pest control. This involves education and prevention. Therefore, you can expect to do some homework if Muhammad finds that you need his help. In our case, this included removing clothes and bedding from the area and heating them long enough to remove any bedbugs. It also required us to do some decluttering. It was worth the effort.
