Muhammad Akram was prompt, polite and knowledgeable from the get go. I called him because the women downstairs had hired a bedbug sniffing dog who had determined there were bedbugs in the two women's beds. Muhammad Akram gave their rooms a very careful inspection and to my great relief what he found was carpet beetle larvae! I can't recommend him highly enough.
