After several routine visits by the pest control guys hired by Management Office, who came in and left within seconds leaving gel on the hinges of the kitchen cabinets, the pets persisted. I then complained about the futility of such an exercise.
Then the Management sent in Akram from "Pest Solution Services". I found that a real effort was made to identify the pest and locate the areas of infestation before starting the application. As the kitchen was emptied beforehand as instructed, he took time to investigate and apply the pesticide with meticulous care. He also educated us about the nature of the pests, their growth cycle from larva to adulthood and advised us to wait for a few days before we see an improvement in the situation. As he forewarned, we noticed roaches leaving their hideouts and roam around disoriented, for a few days.
After about ten days now, we don't find anymore tiny pests and the roaches are almost gone or dead in their hideouts (seems so, for now).
We're quite satisfied with the work and would certainly recommend their services to anyone facing a similar problem.
