This company installed 1 google home doorbell, 1 nest thermostat, 2 security cameras and 2 nest CO/Smoke Detectors. They took advantage of my elderly father and said he would save on home insurance and our gas bill by high tech upgrades. They then proceeded to bill him $200 a month through enbridge as equipment rental. He received no rebates. Then when we sold the house they had put a mortgage lein on the property for contract cancellation... A contract that last 10 years and required us to buy the contract out for $13,000 in order to close the sale of the property. We tried to cancel but they did not allow us. We tried to return the equipement and we were not allowed. When you call customer service the agent cannot help you with anything and has to forward any requests to a supervisor that takes days to get back to you. Very unprofessional when they are trying to rip you off for 5 figures. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
