Kyle installed my unit on a Sunday and within 2 days of the email agreement we established. The installation took about 5 hours which was fast enough for us.
On an important note: Kyle is very easy to find. Most other companies /contractors are hard to contact in the timeline one has in mind. He co-operates smoothly with you to help you plan ahead.
Since I only have this NPE-240A water heater for 2 weeks, it is a bit early to share an adequate experience about its functionality. I may revise this review at a later time for providing a long term overview.
