We are very pleased with our full house interior paint job. Alex met with us regarding the project. He listened to us and confidently assessed our job. He asked and answered questions to make sure there were no misunderstandings and made us feel comfortable with hiring his group.
During the project, Alex responded quickly to texts/in-person questions and addressed our concerns promptly. He focused on the project and encouraged his crew . Alex worked with the crew to provide them with the tools to get the job done and jumped in when needed to complete the project.
The get er done crew were hard workers that work conscientiously and diligently. They were polite and respectful. They came in, got to work and worked all day. They seem happy to be doing their job.
Alexs mature leadership skills created a good team that translated in excellent customer service and great results for our project. He stuck to the plan and got the job done within the timeline.
