On Dec 20/2011, I purchased a deal voucher for $99 for Unlimited Driveway and Walkway Snow Ploughing Service Including Salting for the 2011/12 Winter Season from Graham Services ($639 Value).

Details of the deal: "Once voucher is redeemed your property will be scheduled automatically for snow removal every time it snows more than 3cm. Driveways and walkways will be salted after ploughing. Servicing locations in the Greater Toronto Area including Brampton, Oakville and Mississauga, inclusive of all surrounding small municipalities. Properties will be spot checked once a day. After you purchase your voucher, you simply register online at www.grahamservices.ca. After you are registered, Graham Services will show up at your home after a snowfall that is over 3cm. The average time frame for snow removal following a snowfall would be 1-3 hours. Cannot be redeemed before Friday, December 23, 2011."

I will confirm that: 1) I paid for the voucher on Dec 20/2011; 2) I redeemed my voucher on the Graham Services website as specified on the deal and I also called the company several times in attempt to verbally confirm, but no one answered; 3) my property is located within their specified perimeters, as per the map provided by the deal website; 4) I redeemed my voucher after the redemption date of Dec 23/2011. So, all the parameters at my end of the deal were complete and correct.

Yesterday evening, we received the first snowfall of the season. I measured the snow on my driveway at nearly 5 cm. NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP AT ALL, and it is now 28 hrs after the snowfall. I couldn't even shovel the driveway myself, as the snow has frozen over. I called Graham Services, and still no answer. I even contacted the deal website, who said they would attempt to contact Graham Services for me. No one got back to me. I am definitely not satisfied, nor would I recommend this unreliable company to anyone.

I ordered a deal online, 4 hrs of cleaning for $39. I thought if these guys are good I'll keep using there service. NOT going to happen. I booked my first appointment for Sat. Dec. 10/11 at 3pm. By 5pm no one had shown up and no one called. There where a million other things I could have been doing, rather waiting around. I called Graham at 5:30 and was informed something had "come up" and no one was coming. They re-booked for Sun. Dec. 11/11 at 3pm. The cleaner showed up at 4pm, proceeded to take his shoes & socks off in my home, was dressed like a degenerate and barely spoke English. He left hair on the bathroom floor, dusk balls on my bedroom furniture. Cleaned a room after I asked him not to. Claimed my kitchen floor had been mopped, even though I still saw the coffee stain on the tiled floor my husband left from Saturday! To add insult to injury his car left an oil stain on my new driveway! This company has incompetent staff, they are disorganized and unprofessional

I bought an amazing deal voucher online for 4 hrs of home cleaning from graham services for only 39 dollars. I didn't know what to expect but they came to my home looking neat and professional in uniforms. I was surprised on the variety of other property services they also offered featured on there website grahamservices.ca. I really was amazed at the great detail and time they took to clean my home. the cleaners where friendly and since then I have signed on a 2 year contract to maintain my property inside and out. I have taken this time to write this because I recommend them to my family, friends and also you.
