Snow Removal through Deal Find
I purchased the voucher for snow removal in the Mississauga area. I called in several times, and no answer. So yesterday i called to make sure that my driveway would be plowed. Spoke to a customer service rep, and they activated my voucher and re-assured me that my drive way would be cleared that day. It's now 48 hrs later, I've done my due diligence through registering and activating my voucher and i have a driveway covered in ice and snow. The thing that gets me about this company is that there is no real office or local area plowers to call if you run into difficulties. I've written dealfind and Graham services asking them wtf is going on and no one calls me back. I'm not a happy customer and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GRAHAM SERVICES TO ANYONE. DEALFIND SHOULD HAVE DONE THEIR RESEARCH BEFORE USING AN UNRELIABLE COMPANY. I KNOW THAT DEALFIND HAS LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER AS WELL
