Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

I would highly recommend Newtech appliance. They have repaired my fridge and dishwasher for much less than the cost of buying new, and both now work perfectly. They know what they're doing and service is very good too.

We called Newtech Appliance Repair based on these reviews and were not disappointed. We had not expected same-day service on a weekend, but Amin arrived even earlier than promised – within 3 hours of our call. He quickly identified the problem with our 10 year old fridge, removed the ice buildup and replaced the broken thermostat quickly and efficiently. Excellent service for a very reasonable price – we’ll use them again.

We had Newtech out to Surrey upon a friend's recommendation. Hassan was on time and on budget. In fact they saved us a lot of money by fixing the f ridge instead of purchasing new.

Very pleased. The technician Hassan was prompt, friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem, had the part on site, repaired the problem, and brought our fridge back to life within an hour. Would strongly recommend and will definitely keep their number handy!

had a problem with my fridge was freezing up the food called in Amin and looked at problem... charged for the assessment which i wasn't pleased with as cost me $84 but he was able to order the part for me and came back and fixed my fridge... was honest and reliable and always returned my calls

This company responded quickly; their technician, Hassan, arrived as scheduled - proficient, professional, friendly. He found the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot replacing a broken part with a new one (which he had available without need to order it/come back to install it. . First class service at a reasonable price.

After a power outage our fridge failed to cool properly over a period of 1.5 days. I booked an appointment with Amin for next day Saturday but was relieved to find out he could come in on Friday. He quickly determined the problem to be a defrost and thermostat issue and was able to complete the repair within an hour. Very happy with Amin's work!

I was so upset when I couldn't get service from another company I called Amin last evening.He reassured me he would come this morning and he was punctual. Our 10 year old Kenmore had temperature troubles. Amin called to see if he could arrive a day ahead of schedule (passing through area after work elsewhere). After a few minutes, all's well.
