The owner of this company is Constantine, who came out to give us a quote and seemed like a reasonable professional. The crew he sent to do the actual work were three young men who showed no concern for our property - they severed our Internet/phone line, and threw heavy branches down in such a manner as to damage our fence, damage our bird feeder, and damage the trampoline in our neighbour's yard. When I called to complain about the way the job was handled and the damage to the lines, Constantine said on the phone "they guys are not there pulling up flowers, they're moving heavy branches". They are the rudest people you could imagine. Finally, the agreement was to trim all the branches/brush into manageable piles for use in a fireplace, and they left us with a yard in worse condition than after the ice storm. 8-foot long untrimmed branches left in giant heaps everywhere. Phone calls were not returned, the work was not completed, and no adjustment to the bill was made as requested. Do not ever use this company unless that is the service you would like to receive.
