We had Ramiro in to look at the tile shower in our master bath. It is 16 years old, and had some tiles coming up, and I had tried to silicone them down. It was a terrible mess.
Ramiro was easy to work with, communicated very well, showed up on time, and worked exactly to the specified and agreed to budget.
In one day he was able to solve all the issues in the shower. I am not going over the top to suggest it absolutely looks brand new. It is cleaner than I have ever seen it, all the loose tiles were properly reattached and the entire floor of the shower was regrouted. All silicone in and around the shower was redone.
100% professional work, and a delight to deal with.
The highest recommendation I can give, is that I will use Tigro again this year for some more tile work that we will have done.
