They installed only a smoke and carbon monoxide detector to the main floor of my home and assumed the monitoring of my existing system. I have had to call for service 5 times in 6 weeks. Twice technicians have come by and changed the battery and fixed the problem (supposedly) Been promised that they would escalate my request for service because of the repeated issues with low battery signals to a system that is plugged into the wall with tested power working. No technician calls or comes by and nothing is done. Had the system installed in March and have been unable to use it since. Been credited half a months fees but cannot get out of the 2 year contract without paying for installation services that I never even required.
