We hired Innovera Home Concepts (formerly TileWise) for our bathroom renovation. The work involved removal of the tub, shower and tile surround and replacement with a walk-in shower with a new fixture and tiling throughout. We were very happy with the entire process. From the initial meeting for an estimate through the final touches, we found Nick’s work to be first-rate.
He communicated clearly with us every step of the way and was consultative in his approach, offering suggestions while respecting ours. We appreciated his attention to detail and his fine workmanship. Although working within the confines of our condo was probably a challenge, Nick tidied up daily and kept things as neat as possible. We ended up with a custom shower we love using and would definitely hire him again to do further work on our home.
