Van Der Stelt Contracting

Roof above an upper deck, approx. 17' x 20'. Remove old shingles, inspect and repair roof decking if necessary, underlayment, and 40-yr new shingle replacement. Flashing to 2 vents and 1 chimney.
Marcel Van der Stelt had one helper work with him for 12hrs to complete this job in a very satisfactory manner, including removal of all old materials. The new materials were brought up one flight through the house at the request of the homeowner rather than up a ladder, for safety reasons and convenience. Marcel was professioal, worked quickly and effeciently, was an effective team leader, and was extremely safety concious.
