All contact with company from estimate to install was professional and well done. Excellent final product delivered as expected and on time.

The new fence looks great. Some large tree roots posed a problem but the team came up with a good solution and communicated the plan (and costs) with us every step of the way.

Matt and Justin were very professional with their service. They arrived on time and we reviewed the work that needed to be done (I had to leave at 10am).They replaced the 5 posts without damaging the sprinkler heads and without cutting any cables (Rogers) that were very close to the posts.Justin emailed me when the job was done.I would recommend this team any time.

The Bytown installation crew were friendly, professional and fun to work with! We had a custom red cedar fence done that looks like a work of art. These guys are fence ninjas! From estimate through installation there is no better fencing company in Ottawa.

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY - unless you want like paying lawyers. Bytown Fencing agreed to install railings on our front porch; work was meant to be completed December 2015. When this was not done, we received emails claiming that work would be done "first week of January" 2016. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, we have not heard anything form Bytown Fencing, and they will not return our $600 deposit! Small claims court pending. From the time we met for our quote to the last day of installation, the entire Bytown team was professional, helpful and accommodating. The work site was kept spotless and the workers were great. I would most definitely recommend Bytown to anyone for their deck or fence needs. Worth the amount paid and more.

I chose PVC fencing for my yard and had my whole yard done. I also had a small chainlink fence added on my front property to divide properties. The fence is beautiful and I will always go for PVC. Bytown Fence did an excellent job with all my fencing needs. I highly recommend this company.
