Protech Cleaning Service - Wagjag deal
Just like the person below wrote, I too booked a cleaning for Wednesday December 28 at 12:00 pm. By 1:00 pm when no-one showed up, I called the number and (presumably) the same guy answered. He said he would have the girl (Shannon I thin) call me right back. I said wait a minute how can she call me back I haven't even given you my number. He grumbled a bit, and took down the number. No phone call. I called a couple of times throughtout the afternoon, and got the voice mail, when it'x time to leave a message, the mailbox is full. You can't get through. No one ever showed up or called me back. I think I've been ripped off but like the previous writer, I plan to taKe action.
December 30 2011 update: After calling the business number persistently, I did manage to get the company's co-operation and they came out to clean, albeit two days late. Two women showed up for two hours and the end product was nothing special. I am glad that I got my $60.00 worth of cleaning (???), but I would never use this company again, not if it was for free.
