I made an appointment with Alberta Carpet Cleaning, they guy arrived a little late, no big deal. After he looked at my carpets he said that it would be best to sanitize and deodorize them, an extra $200, I told him I wasn't really interest in that as I am a student and couldn't afford the extra cost. He then proceeded to tell me that if I was not willing to add the extra service he wouldn't clean my carpets. So, I ended up paying $400 instead of the original $200 I was quoted. After my carpets had dried they were a mess, they were sticky, as if there was still soap in the carpet and there were still stains that were just spread around. My dog had a small accident on the stairs and after they were cleaned, sanitized and deodorized they still smell like dog pee. A complete waste of time and money, very unsatisfied! When I called to talk to somebody about the issuse they were extremely rude and did not do anything to help!
